Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouse in Warners Bay, NSW.
- Overnight delivery is available to most Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane suburbs
- Other areas usually receive orders within 2–3 business days
- Exact timing depends on your location and the courier network
Order cut-off
Place your order before 9:00 am on a business day for same-day dispatch (subject to stock availability).
Important
We are an online-only business. There is no customer pickup available at the warehouse. All orders are delivered.

Do you have a physical shop?
No. The Lolly Shop is a brand name only. We operate online from our warehouse and do not have a retail shop front or pickup facility.
Can I get wholesale pricing?
Yes. Our website shows retail prices by default. Businesses (cafés, retailers, caterers, schools, etc.) can register for a wholesale account at our parent company, Opera Foods, to access trade pricing and larger carton quantities.
Where do I complete my order?
All product pages on lollyshop.com.au link through to the Opera Foods online store for secure checkout.
What pack sizes do you sell?
We mainly supply 1kg bulk bags, full cartons, party mixes and some smaller pre-packed 100g mixed bags.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver Australia-wide. Metro areas (especially Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) generally receive the fastest service. Contact us if you would like an estimate for your postcode.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
No. All orders are delivered. There is no customer collection available.
